2009/10 Rates - Lougheed Lodge
Lougheed Area Members
- $30.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and
cannot be deducted from the total fees)
- $7.50 per person - per night - Minimum $150.00 per night (up to 20
people).
- $150.00 per night minimum for Lougheed Area Family Camping for up to 20
people plus $7.50 per person/per night for over 20 people.
- $100.00 refundable damage deposit, post-dated to date of event.
Out of Area Guiding Groups
- $40.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and
cannot be deducted from the total fees). Applicable to all camps /
events.
- $10.00 per person - per night - Minimum $200.00 per night (up to 20
people).
- $100.00 refundable damage deposit, post-dated to date of event.
- $50.00 for trainings and/or meetings (Sun. to Thurs evenings) Maximum 54
people.
- $100.00 for trainings and/or meetings (Mon. to Fri. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Maximum 54 people.
Non-Guiding Groups
- $50.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and
cannot be deducted from the total fees) Applicable to all camps/events.
- $12.50 per person - per night - Minimum $375.00 per night (up to 30
people).
- $400.00 refundable damage / cleaning deposit, post-dated to date of event.
- $75.00 for trainings and/or meetings (Sun. to Thurs evenings) Maximum 54
people.
- $150.00 for trainings and/or meetings (Mon. to Fri. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Maximum 54 people.
Housekeeping Rates
- $50.00/hour minimum 3 hours for Lougheed Lodge
Tablecloth Rental
- Cloth tablecloths available from Caretaker upon arrival.
- $15.00 each, payment due with final payment.
