Lougheed Area Members
- $30.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and
cannot be deducted from the total fees). Applicable to all camps /
events.
- $11.00 per person - per night - Minimum $220.00 per night (up to 20
people).
- $220.00 per night minimum for Lougheed Area Family Camping for up to 20
people plus $11 per person/per night for over 20 people.
- $100.00 refundable damage deposit, post-dated to date of event.
Out of Area Guiding Groups
- $40.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and
cannot be deducted from the total fees). Applicable to all camps /
events.
- $11.50 per person - per night - Minimum $230.00 per night (up to 20
people).
- $100.00 refundable damage deposit, post-dated to date of event.
- $100.00 for trainings and/or meetings (Sun. to Thurs evenings) Maximum 100
people.
- $125.00 for trainings and/or meetings (Mon. to Fri. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Maximum 100 people.
Non-Guiding Groups
- $50.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and
cannot be deducted from the total fees) Applicable to all camps/events.
- $15.00 per person - per night - Minimum $450.00 per night (up to 30
people).
- $800.00 refundable damage / cleaning deposit, post-dated to date of event.
- $100.00 for trainings and/or meetings (Sun. to Thurs evenings) Maximum 54
people.
- $175.00 for trainings and/or meetings (Mon. to Fri. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Maximum 54 people.
Housekeeping Rates
- Housekeeping is available on request for $57.00/hour (minimum 3 hours).
- Upon departure the cleaning must be completed to the satisfaction of the
caretaker. If we are required to call in a housekeeping crew then the cost
of the crew will be deducted from you damage deposit, based on the rates
above.
Tablecloth Rental
- Cloth tablecloths available from Caretaker upon arrival.
- $15.00 each, payment due with final payment.
Banquets / Weddings
- The rate charged is at the discretion of the Area Council Executive in
consultation with the Booking Agent. Occupancy maximums will be maintained
for these rentals.
