Booking Procedures - All Groups

Lougheed Area Members

• $30.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and cannot be deducted from the total fees)  Applicable to all camps/events.
• $5.50 per person - per night - Minimum $60.00 per night.
• $5.50 per person - per night for Lougheed Area Family Camping from July 1st to August 31st.
• $100.00 refundable damage deposit, post-dated to date of event.

Out of Area Guiding Groups

• $30.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and cannot be deducted from the total fees) Applicable to all camps/events.
• $8.00 per person - per night - Minimum $80.00 per night.
• $100.00 refundable damage deposit, post-dated to date of event.

Non-Guiding Groups

• $50.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee - (not transferable to another date and cannot be deducted from the total fees) Applicable to all camps/events.
• $10.00 per person - per night - Minimum $100.00 per night (based on 10 people).
• $150.00 refundable damage / cleaning deposit, post-dated to date of event.
