In order to arrange the tee times and foursomes, we ask that you sign up prior to May 1^st either individually or as a group.

               $52.50/Guider including Power Cart

*This rate includes green fee, BBQ hamburger, chicken breast burger or veggie burger, fries, salad bar, dessert, tea and coffee.

NOTES:
·        Golf Carts not purchased in advance of tournament will be at $35 / per person  + taxes
·        Please contact the golf course and arrange for club rentals if you don’t have your own clubs
·        This is an adult event – all participants must be at least 19 years of age

Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.
