Rates – Lougheed Lodge

Lougheed Area Members

  • $30.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee – (not transferable to another date and cannot be deducted from the total fees). Applicable to all camps/events.
  • There is an additional $25 water fee charge per site.
  • Additional damage/cleaning fees may be charged if at check-out it is deemed necessary.
  • Lougheed Area Units/Districts:
    • $17.00 per person – per night – Minimum $340.00 per night (up to 20 people).
      • Fees are before Lougheed Area campership and after the $2 registration proceeds subsidy are applied.
      • Additional water fee charge of $25 per site will be covered by the Cookie Fund Campership Subsidy.
  • Lougheed Area Members Families:
    • $19.00 per person – per night for Lougheed Area members family camping from July 1st to August 31st (minimum of $380 per night for up to 20 people)

Out of Area Guiding Groups

  • $40.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee – (not transferable to another date and cannot be deducted from the total
    fees). Applicable to all camps/events.
  • $18.00 per person – per night – Minimum $540.00 per night (up to 30 people)
  • Additional damage/cleaning fees may be charged if at check-out it is deemed necessary.
  • $100.00 for training and/or meetings (Sun. to Thurs evenings) Maximum 100 people.
  • $125.00 for training and/or meetings (Mon. to Fri. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Maximum 100 people.
  • An additional water fee charge of $25 per site will be applied.

Non-Guiding Groups

  • $50.00 Non-refundable Booking Fee – (not transferable to another date and cannot be deducted from the total
    fees). Applicable to all camps/events.
  • $20.00 per person – per night – Minimum $600.00 per night (up to 30 people).
  • $800.00 refundable damage/cleaning deposit, post-dated to date of event.
  • $100.00 for training and/or meetings (Sun. to Thurs evenings) Maximum 100 people.
  • $175.00 for training and/or meetings (Mon. to Fri. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Maximum 100 people.
  • An additional water fee charge of $200/week or any portion thereof will be applied.

Banquets / Weddings / Nonprofits

  • The rate charged is at the discretion of the Area Council Executive. Occupancy maximums will be maintained for these rentals.

Additional damage/cleaning fees

Groups staying at Camp Kanaka sites must send a representative per site booked to attend a pre-camp site orientation. The representative must be in attendance for the duration of the camp and must be checked in and out by the Caretaker or their designate. The site will be inspected by Campsite Liaison designate, usually Caretaker or other maintenance staff just prior to check out. An additional damage charge may be applied if warranted.

If cleaning is not completed to Caretaker’s or designates satisfaction an additional cleaning fee will be charged as follows:

  • Lougheed Lodge – $100
  • Tillicum – $75
  • Naka Naka Naka – $50
  • Serenity – $25
