All equipment must be absolutely clean and completely dry—no exceptions.
Any equipment that does not meet this standard will be returned to you.
- It is the responsibility of the youth attending the camp to clean and dry equipment. You should give each youth a piece of equipment to clean and dry.
- It is the responsibility of the unit guiders borrowing equipment to ensure it has been cleaned, dried and repackaged correctly. Schedule time during a meeting following the camp to fold tents and tarps, sort patrol bins, note any equipment issues (clearly) and ensure all equipment is as good or better than when you received it.
